What to eat before a workout ? | Tips for your workout

Before working out or exercising, we must eat something so that we do not feel tired while doing workout or exercise. When sweating occurs while working out or exercising in the gym, along with it energy also goes from our body. That’s why workouts should never be done without eating anything. One should eat something that gives energy.

Before working out, we should consume nutritious and protein-rich diet because these foods go into our body and generate energy and give us energy for a long time while working out. But it must be kept in mind that do not eat too much and whatever diet you take. The amount of calories in it should not be high. 1) Eat oatmeal before a workout

We should consume about a bowl of oatmeal 30 minutes before a workout. Oatmeal is digested slowly, due to which it slowly releases energy in your body. Oatmeal is an important source of protein and fiber. Plus one cup of oatmeal contains about 140 calories and 20 grams of carbohydrates.

2) Eat banana before exercise

You can consume two bananas 30 minutes before a workout. Banana contains a lot of potassium, which does not strain the muscles while working out. Our body cannot hold potassium for a long time. Therefore, the energy of banana gives energy to our body rapidly.

3) Eat brown bread before gym

You can also eat a sandwich made of brown bread 30 minutes before going to the workout. By eating it, protein, carbohydrates and essential fats are obtained, using which we do not feel any problem while working out and we are able to workout for a long time.

4) Drink beet juice before exercise

Beet juice also contains potassium and manganese, along with B vitamins and energy. Consuming a glass of beetroot juice 30 minutes before a workout increases both physical strength and stamina. By consuming beet juice, workouts can be done for a longer time without tiring because the nitrate present in beetroot reduces the body’s need for oxygen during exercise.

5) Gym Workout Diet Milk, Banana and Walnut Smoothie

Make a smoothie by adding two cups of milk, one big banana, one-fourth vanilla extract, about 30 grams of walnut kernels, one tablespoon of honey in a mixer and consume it 30 minutes before the workout. By consuming it, you will get full energy while working out and you will be able to exercise for a long time without getting tired. Contains 227 calories, 10 g protein, 5 g fat, 37 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 5 mg cholesterol, 130 mg sodium.
