4) How can you control PCOS?

Earlier, people were only tensed about weight issues but in recent past years, the main health issue among women is PCOS and thyroid.

The main question which came to their mind is that whether they will be able to conceive after marriage or not?
It is now becoming a fear which creates doubt in their mind that they are inadequate in their body.

This is not as much a serious problem as you think. It all depends upon how you deal with it. It depends on how much you are consistent with your eating habits, sleeping habits and commits to regular exercise.
Many women have changed their situation by following good lifestyle habits and living a completely good life with happy hormones.

What are the warning signs that we need to watch out for?

So the first warning sign which we need to watch out for is how much we are sitting. If we are sitting for hours and hours together. Then, that’s the first warning sign. Because it directly affects insulin resistance. Due to continued sitting for hours, our insulin doesn’t function as normal which become the root cause for PCOD / PCOS.

Does our lifestyle really affects PCOS?

Lifestyle…..Lifestyle and Lifestyle. It’s only our lifestyle that put us in this situation and it’s our lifestyle that helps us to get rid of it. In today’s time, we prefer to eat things which are more expensive and tasty but not at all rich in terms of nutrients. Eating outside food, sitting for too long and taking lots of stress in mind cause PCOS.

Is weight control is important in PCOS?

This question is in everyone’s mind that how much our body weight affects PCOS. So, the first thing that I want to tell you is that it is not body weight that affects PCOS. It’s your body composition that matters. I mean to say that the more muscle tissue you lose, the more insulin resistant you get.
When the body gets insulin resistant, you will start putting on weight, develop pigmentation, break out, etc. So this is the main thing which you have to consider while you are trying to lose weight that you should not lose your muscle tissue.
So, the best exercise is strength training in gym regularly, because it can rebuild lost muscle tissue.

How can you control PCOS?

Now the point is what you need to do to control PCOS.
So here are some pro tips to control PCOS :

1) If you’ve been sitting for thirty minutes, stand for at least three minutes.
2) Eat homemade food. Basically everything your grandmother endorses.
3) Always fix what you’re going to eat between 4 and 6 p.m. a week before. Because that’s the time that we tend to mess up the most, and we land up eating everything that we never wanted to eat.
4) Adopt 150 minutes of weekly exercises as a way of life.
5) Get rid of your gadgets at least an hour before you hit the bed.
