2. Excessive consumption of beetroot can lead to problems like diarrhea and nausea. It can also lead to a disease called timuria, due to which the urine of the victim becomes pink in color.

3. Eating beetroot can also cause allergic problems in some people, due to which there may be problems like fever, itching, hives and chills. Along with this, there may also be a problem related to the throat.

4. Beetroot is rich in minerals like iron, magnesium and phosphorus, which are good properties, but excessive consumption of these minerals can get deposited on your liver which can damage the liver and pancreas.
